1-on-1 Coaching

In a 1 on 1 session with me you can expect the following:

  • A 75 minute session that is held over Skype or in person (depending on location)
  • Time in the beginning to get grounded. This will usually be with a brief meditation or simply some breath work.
  • 30-45 minutes of checking in and talking about what is going on for you right now.
  • How you feel, what you need, what is pushing your buttons.

Then we will take time to move the energy and the feelings that just came up. This could be in any of the following ways:

  • A brief yoga practice
  • A guided meditation
  • Breath Work (Prananyama)
  • Kundalini Kriyas
  • Yoga Nidra

Finally we will complete in a way to make sure you leave the session grounded and ready to move into the rest of your day.

Sometimes I will give you a few tasks to focus on before our next session. This will help you integrate the breakthroughs and awareness created in our session.
