So you are interested in working with me on this deeper level? Lovely!

This is some of my favorite work to do. And really this is because I’ve been there. I understand what it takes to create real, sustainable transformation in your life:

It takes time.
It takes patience.
It takes accountability.
It takes holding space.
It takes getting really honest.
It takes being comfortable with discomfort.
It takes moving the energy and not just talking about it.

But also it takes someone to support you through this process. Someone that can hold the light up the to those dark spots that we sometimes don’t even see. That’s where I come in.

I work with women on the following points of transformation:

  • CREATING healthy boundaries to free up your time and energy so you are focusing on what YOU want and can climb out of that nasty habit of being depleted from giving too much.
  • STRENGTHENING your confidence and your voice so you can speak your needs, be in your truth and stand in your power.
  • NAVIGATING through your relationships to help you stay true to you and not lose yourself or give you power away- a bad habit that can happen so easily.
  • SHIFTING from a job that is unfulfilling, toxic or draining to one in alignment with your purpose.
  • RECLAIMING your power as you heal wounds of your past and create a new way of BEing for your present and your future.

But I take an approach that is a bit different from traditional coaches…

We never just talk in these sessions. For me this work is about moving the energy that comes up. So in a session with me you can expect the following:

  • A 75 minute session that is held over Skype.
    Time in the beginning to get grounded. This will usually be with a brief meditation or simply some breath work.
  • 30-45 minutes of checking in and talking about what is going on for you right now.
    How you feel, what you need, what is pushing your buttons.

Then we will take time to move the energy and the feelings that just came up. This could be in any of the following ways:

  • A brief yoga practice
  • A guided meditation
  • Breath Work (Prananyama)
  • Kundalini Kriyas
  • Yoga Nidra

Finally we will complete in a way to make sure you leave the session grounded and ready to move into the rest of your day.
